American Grower’s Supply will accept returns and exchanges with a valid receipt for 14 days after purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Exchanges will be for equal value of purchased price. Returns will be refunded in the form of store credit. Unless it is within 3 days of purchase, money may be refunded in the same manner the customer paid. All returns/exchanges are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do accept refunds or exchanges on opened nutrients or soil mixes.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
Cancelation
To cancel an order, please contact call 417-866-8558 or email us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment for item(s) as soon as we have received the item(s) back into your warehouse inventory.
Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to: 810 Kearney Street, Springfield, MO, 65803, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
*If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, please take a photo of the original packaging (including the box the order was shipped in) so we may follow up with the shipping carrier if needed.
